About Me
I provide counseling services to couples and families looking to improve their relationships and strengthen their bond. I also work with individuals who want to improve their mental health, strengthen their sense of identity and get their life in balance. I believe therapy is an opportunity for personal intervention, a time to discover who you are, and to reshape and heal as a couple or family unit.
Whatever your individual and/or relationship goals are together we will work to improve your communication, create mutual respect and strengthen the individuals in order to establish a more healthy, functioning unit. I believe that improvement in an individual can create change to the whole family system. My goal is to provide different perspectives, identify your strengths, establish cohesion, and develop solutions together that you feel empowered to implement.
I tend to have a more direct approach and encourage my clients to challenge themselves, set firm boundaries and establish assertiveness while in the safety of my office. If you feel that we would be a good fit, please contact me for availability.
